In 2019 Clo Insulation where privileged to partner with K-Way South Africa and WWF.
By supplying K-Way South Africa with our 100% recycled Eco Pluma fibres made from Plastic Bottles to produce a custom jacket for WWF. Clo Insulation helped them to achieve there 100% recycled Puffer Jacket range custom made for The WWF Organisation, who support and promote such an important cause.
Clo Insulation have a proven passion for protecting the environment and believe in producing responsible products via responsible production. Eco Pluma does exactly that – it’s been developed by Clo Insulation as a sustainable product made up of 100% recycled fibres. In fact, 40 plastic bottles are used to make 1kg of Eco Fibres, helping to tackle the universal problem of plastic bottles ending up in landfill as well as saving the equivalent of 120 hours of energy from a 60 watt light bulb.

Eco Pluma is also very packable, the K-Way South Africa puffer jacket containing Eco Pluma is able to be packed in to a small drawstring bag which can easily be slipped into your rucksack whilst you continue to explore!
Whilst the fibres are extruded from plastic bottles, they’re put through a unique process to create an ultra-fine and luxuriously soft fibre. This makes it the perfect choice of insulation for garments that are designed to offer warmth and comfort.
