To enhance your garment’s breathability, there is the option to
add perforations to Vivo Recycled.
Our patented perforations increase the insulation’s breathability
by allowing moisture to escape giving ultimate comfort to the
wearer. These apertures are big enough to allow moisture vapor
to escape, yet small enough to retain the warmth, providing the
perfect balance between breathability and warmth.

We test this insulation to IS0 11092 RCT which measures the thermal resistance of the insulation, giving us a value for warmth. Our Vivo Recycled insulation has high RCT values meaning this product can provide excellent warmth increasing the performance of your garment.
Due to the selected use of tiny fibers and a unique structure in which they form the insulation, this product also allows moisture vapor to pass through this garment layer making this insulation breathable in order to improve the overall comfort for the wearer. We test this on a sweating mannequin, which measures the evaporative resistance at a high sweat rate.
